When I alerted property management that my kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, they responded promptly and even honored my request that the new faucet be equipped with a sprayer. My experience with Blue Koi as to maintenance requests has been very positive.

Love the higher end details of the town home. It's in an amazing neighborhood, walking distance to shops, restaurants and parks. Rosa with the management staff was super friendly and helpful through out the move in process.

This is my absolute favorite townhome community ever! Itâs location is perfect! Itâs right in the middle of Sugarhouse and downtown, close to the freeway entrance, and Starbucks is only a few minutes away - which i love! The apartments have a trendy/modern feel about them, and the big windows bring in a lot of natural light! I love everything about Blue Koi and will always recommend them to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Five Stars!
